05 Meetings

Transcript, AI summary, tasks derived from it.

A client meeting is an object of its own inside the project. You capture it as a transcript plus notes, with a point in time, a duration and the people involved. The AI summarises it, identifies the participants and suggests tasks arising from the conversation. Accepting or discarding them is your call.

  1. 01 Transcript and curated notes, with point in time, duration and participants
  2. 02 AI summary and participant detection at the push of a button
  3. 03 Suggested tasks become real tickets the moment you accept them
  4. 04 References between conversation and ticket, traceable in both directions
  5. 05 Whether a conversation becomes searchable is released one by one. On its own it is not
  6. 06 Once released it is available in the chat, together with its AI analysis

How this works

01
Capture the conversation

A meeting is an object of its own, with time, duration and participants. What goes in, you bring along, as notes or as a transcript.

02
Have it summarised

At the push of a button the AI turns it into a summary and works out who spoke. You decide whether it stands.

03
Accept the tasks

Tasks derived from the conversation appear as suggestions. Only when you accept one does it become a real ticket, and the link between the two stays visible in both directions.

04
Release it when it fits

Whether a conversation becomes searchable is released one at a time. After that it is available in the project chat, and not before.

// Honestly

What it does not do

Two things it is not.

  • No recording. Lalabase does not listen in and records nothing. You bring the transcript from the tool you are on the call with anyway.
  • A conversation is not searchable until you release it. That is not an oversight, it is the default.
// Frequently asked

What people ask at this point

Where does the transcript come from?
From your meeting tool or from someone's notes. Lalabase is where it comes to rest and becomes findable, not where it is produced.
What happens to suggested tasks I do not want?
They never become tickets. A suggestion nobody accepts stays a suggestion on the conversation, and your task list stays the list of what you actually intend to do.
Does the client see the conversation I had about them?
Only if you open the meetings area to them. Rights here apply per area and project, as everywhere else.
