Who it is for

You want to know what a project cost and where the data sits.

Time is booked on the ticket, several sessions per task, each one billable on its own. You see what the hours went into instead of a total at the end of the month. Application data sits on servers in Germany, and the AI is off by default.

// Step by step

What you get

01
What did the project cost?

Hours sit on the task, not in a monthly total. So you can work out what a feature cost, or what support costs you per month. How fine the breakdown gets is decided by how you cut the tasks.

02
Knowing what was said

Client calls sit on the project with transcript and summary. You read up in two minutes on what was agreed, without having been in the room.

03
GDPR, watertight

Application data sits on servers in Germany, the data processing agreement comes with it. And you decide whether we use an AI at all, and which one.

04
Independence

Meetings, decisions, documentation and hours live in one place and belong to you. Changing your provider costs you an access, not your knowledge.

// Honestly

What it does not do

Three things a managing director expects and will not find here.

  • No amounts. Lalabase knows no hourly rates, keeps no project budget and writes no invoices. It hands you the hours; the arithmetic happens elsewhere.
  • No capacity planning. Who has how much time next week is still planned where you plan it today.
  • No schedules across tasks. There is the history of one task, but no bar chart across the project.
// Frequently asked

What people ask at this point

Can I see what my team is working on?
Yes, through the project's task list and the recorded hours. What you do not get is surveillance: there are no attendance times and no reporting on who is faster.
Can I hand this to my accountant?
The CSV from a billing group carries date, ticket number, subject, internal and client-facing description, and duration. Turning that into an invoice happens in your invoicing software.
What happens when we grow?
The price is tiered by team size, and client accounts take no paid seat. Beyond about two hundred people, though, a tool built for larger organisations is the more honest choice.
