Activities: trace what happened in a project

A project's Activities show you, in chronological order, what has happened inside it — who changed what, and when. Unlike the Inbox, which notifies you personally about new items, this is for tracing and auditing: a record of the project, not a to-do list.

What the log shows

The log gathers changes to every object in the project in one place, grouped by day with the newest first. Among them:

  • Tickets — created, updated, assigned, and moved into or out of the project
  • Notes, documents, and chats — newly created or added
  • Team — member added or removed, permission changed, subscriber added or removed
  • The project itself — created, updated, deleted, and an imported repository

Use the filters to narrow down by action type, person, object type, or time range.

Where to find it

Open the log from the project navigation under Activities (at the bottom). It's visible to account administrators and to anyone with read access in at least one area of the project.
