Logs

Reach the application logs through Docker Compose:

# All services
docker compose logs -f

# Web application only
docker compose logs -f web

For production, a central log collector that ingests the container logs and makes them searchable is recommended.

Health check

Lalabase exposes a health endpoint that a reverse proxy or external monitor can poll:

curl -f https://your-instance.example.com/up

If the endpoint responds with 200, the application and database are reachable.

What to watch

• Database size — the vector indexes in particular grow with AI data
• Storage usage — uploaded files fill the storage volume
• Worker backlog — see background jobs
