All tools

The server offers 19 tools. You do not call them yourself: the agent picks them based on what you ask. The list shows you what is possible.

Reach says what a call aims at. With Project the agent must name a project_id. With Token, whatever the token reaches applies. An organisation or a project narrows that down; the two people tools require the organisation_id.

What does not exist

  • Nothing can be deleted, and an existing comment cannot be changed.
  • The agent does not read notes and documents in full, it finds them by title.
  • The agent does not upload files. A ticket's attachments come with their extracted text, but without a download address.
