# All tools

The server offers 19 tools. You do not call them yourself: the agent picks them based on what you
ask. The list shows you what is possible.

**Reach** says what a call aims at. With **Project** the agent must name a `project_id`. With
**Token**, whatever the token reaches applies. An organisation or a project narrows that down; the
two people tools require the `organisation_id`.

## Finding your way

## What does not exist

- Nothing can be deleted, and an existing comment cannot be changed.
- The agent does not read notes and documents in full, it finds them by title.
- The agent does not upload files. A ticket's attachments come with their extracted text, but
  without a download address.
