# Cockpit & overview: cross-organisation widgets

Alongside the single project dashboard there are two summarising views: an organisation's
**overview** and the **cockpit** across all your organisations.

## Customizing the overview

The **overview** is an organisation's start page and condenses all your projects within it.
Use **Customize overview** to assemble the widgets — such as **Key figures**, **My open
tickets**, **Projects**, **Mentions**, **Billing** or **My week**. As with the project
dashboard, you save the layout only for yourself or — as an administrator — as the default
for everyone.

## The cockpit across organisations

The **cockpit** is the cross-organisation start page: it shows one row per organisation with
what awaits you — unread items, overdue tasks and your personal **to-dos**. At a glance you
see where action is needed. You reach it via **All organisations** in the organisation menu —
click your organisation's name at the top of the sidebar.

## Configuring the cockpit

Use the **Cockpit settings** gear to decide how strictly to filter (**Notifications only**,
**Important** or **Everything**), whether your personal to-dos appear, and how the rows are
arranged.
